Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) ने 325 Apprentices के लिए 2025–26 में भर्ती निकाली है। Training locations Trombay (Mumbai) और Thal (Raigad) हैं। Online registration खुले हैं 29 August 2025 (08:00 AM) से 12 September 2025 (05:00 PM) तक। Selection qualifying exam की merit list, उसके बाद Document Verification और NATS/NAPS contract approval पर होगी।

🎓 Eligibility & Age / पात्रता एवं आयु
- Age / आयु: Minimum 18 years; Upper Age 25 years as on 01-07-2025. Relaxations: SC/ST = 5 yrs, OBC (NCL) = 3 yrs, PwBD = 10 yrs; 1984 riots victims’ family: 5 yrs.
- Qualification / योग्यता: जैसा कि ऊपर post/discipline में दिया गया है; full-time from recognized University/Institute.
- Passing Year Window: Final qualifying exam passing date should be ≥ 01-07-2022; % considered of final year/aggregate of last two semesters.
- Not Eligible / असंगत: जिन लोगों ने पहले से Act Apprentice training complete कर ली है / जिनके पास ≥1 year job experience है / जो higher studies कर रहे हैं — वे eligible नहीं हैं; allied Diploma branches accept नहीं होंगे।
- Reservation (overall): SC 48, ST 24, OBC-NCL 87, EWS 32, UR 134 = 325.
💰 Stipend (per month) / वेतन
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: ₹8,000
- Technician (Vocational) / Sandwich / Vocational Certificate: ₹7,000
- For Diploma & Graduate categories, stipend is shared 50% by BOAT & 50% by RCF Ltd.
